I did download this app and its French. I didnt know French, and dont have options to change. I gave just 1 star because this.

Fails to detect ANY location. App is completely useless. Im just gonna use the website. Oh wait, its entirely written Im flash.

Ive never had this issue before, but recently in the last few months Ive noticed that Cineplex will no longer let me add my movie tickets I just purchased to my Apple wallet and my scene card wont refresh with an updated points balance. Nothing new about my phone or software. Im still using my iPhone 6. I beg the question, why have a mobile app? Better for me to just buy the tickets through the website. For such a large corporation, its a bit disappointing that you cant even put together a rather basic application. Therefore, I will uninstall.

This app doesnt let the customer pay. It crashes more often than any other app Ive ever used. Its poorly designed. I hope the CEO of Cineplex knows his app designer is making him lose money.

Honestly one of the most disjointed apps I have ever tried to use, user name not recognized on the app but I can sign in on the website with it. I associated the scene card to the app but cannot use my points. Whoever thought of having a user ID and an email authentication should be spoken to. Frustrating!

The title says it all this app doesnt work. All I want to do is buy some tickets but no I cant do that as it times out every single time! I guess you dont want my money eh?

Scene card cant be added to wallet anymore? You guys stink at making a working app! This app needs to remember the users information better. Credit card info has to be entered every time, which is not efficient. Maybe they could include Apple Pay, which allows one-touch purchasing. Also, the passbook tickets cannot be scanned by the usher. One has to take the passbook ticket to the mobile kiosk to print the tickets which makes the passbook ticket pretty useless.

Why it is so complicated to pay?? You need to add support for Apple Pay! Why are they small ad all over the app asking me to add my Cineplex card when its already done. Just add Apple Pay plz

This app seriously needs reworking. Like ground up. This app and the experience of purchasing tickets at their theatres makes me not want to see movies. And I love watching movies.

I am unable to add my scene card and when I enter my email it does not recognize it being in the system yet I get emails from them to my email.

Gives you error messages after error messages without giving a hint as to what the problem is. The people who wrote this piece of junk software and the managers who did not even test it should all be fired.

Blank screen on the app. No point history. Logs me out with update. I dont carry the card so when I go to scan its lost my card info.

App does what it should. I wish there was the option to use two scene cards when purchasing two movie tickets. I usually buy my wifes ticket at the same time as mine so I wish she could get points on her account too. Update: adding tickets to passbook isnt working anymore. This makes the app worse and makes it difficult to buy tickets on my phone.

Cant add card to wallet - error message all the time. Please fix.

As of today,I had to delete scene pass book because it wasnt updating when I tried to add it back it is saying 200 299/503 error please can you fix this issue reading other peoples complaint on Google they are having the same issues as well and my phone is I phone 6 plus

3rd time trying to leave a review..how convenient my 1st one disappeared. SCENE card details keep disappearing as well as favourite movie theatres keep dropping out. Sort this garbage out or Im DELETING your crap app!!

Not able to log in to the app to buy tickets are access my Scene card rendering the app virtually useless. The only thing it works for right now is movie times and Google will give me that info. If I cant log in to buy my tickets then Im less likely to go to the movies. If you want my money then fix your app!

What an absurd joke. Wanting to go to a movie this Friday, I got this app, opened it, selected my theatre and looked for the listings for Friday. Nothing. Tried next week...nothing. Tried every other Ciniplex in Metro Halifax(4 or 5 of them)...nothing. Despite the fact that I go quite often on Fridays, this app doesnt seem to be programmed to realize Ciniplex is open for business on that day! Uninstalled

Garbage app, cannot buy tickets.

App says no internet connection. Does not work. Will not load. Scene card did not work when I was at the theater. Brutal. Fix this app....you are a major business !!
