Movie tickets no longer able to add to apple wallet!

Ive never had this issue before, but recently in the last few months Ive noticed that Cineplex will no longer let me add my movie tickets I just purchased to my Apple wallet and my scene card wont refresh with an updated points balance. Nothing new about my phone or software. Im still using my iPhone 6. I beg the question, why have a mobile app? Better for me to just buy the tickets through the website. For such a large corporation, its a bit disappointing that you cant even put together a rather basic application. Therefore, I will uninstall.
