Pass book Wallet( please update for iOS 10

As of today,I had to delete scene pass book because it wasnt updating when I tried to add it back it is saying
200 299/503 error please can you fix this issue reading other peoples complaint on Google they are having the same issues as well and my phone is I phone 6 plus
