Pros and cons of Cineplex Entertainment app for iPhone and iPad

Cineplex Entertainment app good for

I am able to get my scene card to go into passbook, however it will not show up when I double click on my home button from the lock screen. All my other passbooks will work except this one. Please fix, besides that I think its a great app and very fast purchasing if you have scene points.

Not able to add scene card to wallet. Got status 503 all the time. Update: the issue seems to be fixed. Im now able to add the card to wallet.

Some bad moments

I did download this app and its French. I didnt know French, and dont have options to change. I gave just 1 star because this.

Fails to detect ANY location. App is completely useless. Im just gonna use the website. Oh wait, its entirely written Im flash.

Ive never had this issue before, but recently in the last few months Ive noticed that Cineplex will no longer let me add my movie tickets I just purchased to my Apple wallet and my scene card wont refresh with an updated points balance. Nothing new about my phone or software. Im still using my iPhone 6. I beg the question, why have a mobile app? Better for me to just buy the tickets through the website. For such a large corporation, its a bit disappointing that you cant even put together a rather basic application. Therefore, I will uninstall.

This app doesnt let the customer pay. It crashes more often than any other app Ive ever used. Its poorly designed. I hope the CEO of Cineplex knows his app designer is making him lose money.

Honestly one of the most disjointed apps I have ever tried to use, user name not recognized on the app but I can sign in on the website with it. I associated the scene card to the app but cannot use my points. Whoever thought of having a user ID and an email authentication should be spoken to. Frustrating!

The title says it all this app doesnt work. All I want to do is buy some tickets but no I cant do that as it times out every single time! I guess you dont want my money eh?
