Cant pick up ticket by code now?! What the f is wrong with cineplex

Flow for purchasing tickets is awkward and doesnt save credit card info for future purchases. After making a purchase the app sits there with a spin wheel forever... never tells me it finished..

Whoever participated in development and recent updates should be fired....terrible app, sign in doesnt work properly, app does not maintain my scene card....only one thing that is worse than Cineplex app is TimePlay. Unfortunately there are no options to Cineplex

It takes too long to purchase tickets via mobile app. Flow isnt intuitive, doesnt seem like I can add my scene card to my account profile. Couple other areas of improvement: Allow option to enter scene card using the camera (its a pretty basic function). Read the bar code off of gift cards versus forcing you to get glasses out to try and read the number. Integrate with Apples wallet, scene card is there as well as payment cards. I guess its good to have a monopoly.

I bought tickets successfully, but Ive given up trying my credit card in place of PayPal, because every time I try to use my card it glitches before accepting. Today I bought the tickets and had them go to my phone, but now I have to print my confirmation because that failed too. Not a make-or-break, but for such a common app, I would expect it to be a bit more seamless.

My points arent being added to my app wallet card. How do I fix this?

The app in unwieldy and constantly signs me out, its a general pain to use, and because theres the app I cannot get a new card! G R E A T ! But Cineplex has a literal monopoly on Canadian movie theatres so Im stuck with this subpar garbage company.

Scene card works from wallet but purchased passes/tickets cannot be added. Always have to print out or open email. Pretty annoying almost no point of having this app anymore.

This app is the worst one Ive ever had. If I could rate it worse I would. Ive likely had 15-20 attempts to buy tickets using this app with ZERO success. Its frustrated myself and my entire family to the point of not going to movies in the theatre. Im particularly grateful for Netflix and Shaw on Demand.

So this app worked fine for me until recently. Im still able to buy my tickets but now you have to print the confirmation page from your email to pickup the tickets which defeats the whole purpose of using the app to keep it in digital format. Even if they could just show you the confirmation code in the app it would be enough, but it just says "youre confirmation has been sent to your email. Please print it and bring with you to pick up your tickets." So frustrating. Might as well just use my computer to buy the tickets now.

Bloated app that takes forever to load, with inefficient navigation. The process of buying a ticket online is just painful, and the machines at the cinema have never managed to scan my booking codes. I hate so much having to use this app to book my Scene reward tickets that I canceled my Scene credit card and gave up on free tickets. Its that bad. Buying a ticket online, if the app doesnt crash, takes 5 times longer than waiting in line at the theatre. I wake up at night to hate this app.

Keeps logging my scene card out! Super annoying!!!!! Grrrr!!!!

It takes more than a couple of minutes to load theatre. I have set my fav list, show me that first rather than taking 3 min to do load. Once your in the theatre. It takes another couple of minutes to load of movie. Cant change date or anything until everything is loaded. Complete waste of time. Mobile app is suppose to be fast and easy yet its takes ages for it to work. Save time, just use the web browser.

My tickets disappear before I get to the cinema

Tried to purchase tickets and select seats while following the multiple conditions for selecting seats. The app then selected different seats without any obvious notification (seat numbers were different upon check out). I dont use the app very often but have never had any issues before.

Never has an old-fashioned line-up for tickets looked more inviting than compared with this miserable app. Without an ounce of exaggeration or hyperbole, I have bought international plane tickets faster than I bought movie tickets with this app. There are so many steps and buttons I half expected to present proof of citizenship. Get it together Cineplex! SAD!
