Cant use the scene card at the self serve kiosks. Passbook tickets arent tickets and you have to print the tickets when you arrive which is also pointless. Passbook is supposed to avoid having a paper copy of your ticket so why do you force users to print them when they arrive? You have to manually set your location every time you want to find the nearest theatres. The scene card in passbook also doesnt show up when you double click the home button from the lock screen. Every other card in passbook shows up but the scene card. Pointless app.

I used to be able to buy tickets and scan them from my Wallet ... now, I cant even get my Scene Card in my Wallet (seems to act as if it is being added, but never actually shows up). Went from great to useless!

I am able to get my scene card to go into passbook, however it will not show up when I double click on my home button from the lock screen. All my other passbooks will work except this one. Please fix, besides that I think its a great app and very fast purchasing if you have scene points.

Very frustrating! The "pay now" and "cancel" or above each other and trying to click "pay now" registers as "cancel" so you cant pay with the fast pay option. Useless! Do the developers not test their own work?? I do!!

The app isnt showing up on my screen but it has said that it is downloaded… What the hell man

Displays showtimes and theatres, but when i search for Stars and Strollers showtimes, I dont seem to find any results

1) Please add ApplePay functionality. It will make the purchase process via the app extremely seamless. 2) And the ability to transfer Scene points between cards. This will help families, couples, friends transfer odd points to accumulate to a enough points for a free movie.

Not able to add scene card to wallet. Got status 503 all the time. Update: the issue seems to be fixed. Im now able to add the card to wallet.

Seriously who prints off paper receipts anymore? I can use mobile to go to the box office, but then I get to wait in line there; why wouldnt I just pay at the kiosk? If AirCanada can just scan my iPhone and let me on an airplane Im sure cineplex should be able to do the same for a movie. The Flickster movie app is much nicer. So, until I can pay on my phone and just walk in, I have no use for this app.

Tried to go see "The Eagle" tonight, we were 20 mins late though because this app showed it starting at 9:40 and it was actually at 9:20. Shoulda trusted the Flixter app which had the correct show times. Sad the theatres official app has incorrect showtimes and a 3rd party app has the correct ones. Uninstalling.

Overall this app isnt bad. It needs some BIG improvements to really make it useful though. 1) Allow us to pick our seat of choice at AVX theatres. Supposedly the app chooses the best available seat, but their definition of best available and mine are VASTLY different! 2) Just like another commenter said, allow us to have a ticket barcode right on our phones so we dont have to print or wait in line to pick up our tickets. I want to be able to purchase a ticket on my phone and walk right in and have it scanned. No more lines + a reduction in how many people are standing in line. This should be easy as the app already supports barcodes for my Scene card.

The main thing I need an app like this for is to check upcoming showtimes. But for whatever reason, that functionality in this app doesnt work. Big disappointment.

It cant find me when I am 5 miles away from a local cinemark. The app just searches but does nothing. Please fix.

I have used a few movie apps in the past and have never found one that did what I wanted it to do, namely telling me what movies are playing in a clear, clean fashion. This one does the trick. Replete with decent reviews and other movie details.

A lot of ads few of useful information, poor services.

The app is hard to use. Even finding a show time by theatre is very cumbersome and the fields reset themselves..

It is much slower then before, plus it doesnt work it crashes at the final stage!!!

Great for looking up movies, but doesnt let you share on Facebook as stated. Always get an error. I have to post a Facebook status (check in) update directly on Facebook.
